WILMINGTON, Del. (From the Delaware Business Times) -- Solenis has completed acquisition of all shares of Nopco Holding AS and its subsidiaries.

Solenis has 35 manufacturing plants around the world and employees about 3,500 professionals on five continents in its specialty chemicals business.

Nopco is a producer and supplier of advanced chemical solutions for the pulp and paper industry that makes defamers and drinking technologies.
