COVINGTON, Va. (From news reports) -- Six Smurfit Westrock employees were injured last week in an accident at the Covington mill.

According to a brief release issued by the company, six mill employees were injured Wednesday, July 22, during "routine maintenance at the Covington mill."

"The mill's response team transported six employees to a local medical center for evaluation," the release continued. "An investigation and process review are under way."
