Prinzhorn Holding GmbH, through its subsidiary, Forstverwaltung Neuhaus GmbH, will take over the entire assets and employees of the Neuhaus-Alpl forestry administration.
Boise Cascade Company has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Southern Veneer Products to sell its plywood operations in Moncure, North Carolina. Approximately 150 employees are employed by the facility.
