Effective 1 January 2026, Pål Espen Ramberg will assume the role of Director Investor Relations at Borregaard. He currently serves as Finance Director for BioSolutions.
Mr Ramberg has been with Borregaard since 1998 and has previously held the positions of Finance Director Speciality Cellulose (2007-2019) and Sales Director Bioethanol (2010-2019). He holds a master's degree in Corporate Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.
CFO Per Bjarne Lyngstad will retain responsibility for Investor Relations until the end of 2025. During this period, Mr Ramberg will be involved in selected investor relations activities.
