Sealed Air Corporation announced that Steven Flannery, President of Food, departed the company effective immediately following a mutual agreement reached November 20.
The company stated that Flannery's departure will not affect his severance entitlements under the previously disclosed Sealed Air Corporation Executive Severance Plan.
Sealed Air has not announced a replacement for the food division leadership position.
