I liked the [column] below. All made good use of common sense. Our industry looks so much like the television show "The Office" it hurts....

Example: 15 years ago the company I worked for hired a new recruit out of college. At the time I told him he was the youngest person I knew in the paper business. Things happened and I moved on but we reconnected at an annual paper convention in New York last year. You know what? He's still the youngest person I know in the paper business....
