On February 13, 2024, Donald G. "D.G." Macpherson resigned, effective immediately, as a member of the Board of Directors of International Paper Company (Company).
Mr. Macpherson's resignation is not due to a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
