Kimberly-Clark CEO Joins Texas Instruments Board
TEXAS (News release) -- Michael Hsu, CEO of Kimberly-Clark Corp., parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional, has been elected to the board of directors for international technology firm Texas Instruments Inc. (TI).

Hsu succeeded Thomas Falk as Kimberly-Clark's CEO in 2019. Prior to his promotion to CEO, Hsu served as the company's president and chief operating officer.

"We're pleased to welcome Mike to our board," said Rich Templeton, TI chairman, president, and CEO. "His experience driving growth in competitive markets and leading a complex, multibillion-dollar global organization will be a valuable addition to our strategic discussions."
