Since mid-March, Magnus Källström has been press and PR manager at Södra. He is responsible for Södra's proactive, ongoing and reactive press work nationally and internationally.
Magnus most recently comes from Älmhult municipality, where he was head of communications and thus also had the role of press officer. Magnus has broad experience of working with communication both strategically and operationally in areas such as branding, crisis communication and marketing.
"The work with press matters is important to make Södra's mission and the importance of the forest visible to more people in society. With Magnus in place, we together have a stable base to increase Södra's visibility in external contexts," says Malin Nordin, head of communications at Södra.
Magnus Källström took office on 18 March.
"I look forward to being able to participate and work with spreading the value of the forest and all the opportunities that exist with the forest and future forestry. For me, it feels extra good to be able to work in a member-owned company. There is great power in working together," says Magnus Källström.
