Dunapack Packaging Hellas, part of the Austrian Prinzhorn Group, has entered into an agreement to take over El Pack's corrugated packaging operations. The transaction comprises the sites in Patras, Kapandriti and Thiva in Greece. With around 250 employees, a turnover of approximately 43 million euros was achieved in 2025.

"This acquisition represents another important milestone in strengthening Dunapack Packaging's presence in Southeast Europe. "The acquisition represents an important step in our regional growth strategy. By bringing together local expertise and the capabilities of the Dunapack Packaging network, we are well positioned to create added value for existing and future customers in Greece and neighboring markets," says Stanislav Razpopov, Managing Director & Member of the Board of Dunapack Packaging.

We share with the people of El-Pack the same core values and, most importantly, a strong commitment to customer centricity." added Vasileios Exarchos, Cluster Managing Director in Dunapack Packaging.
