LONDON (From RTE News) -- Smurfit Kappa has confirmed that it will be included as a constituent of the London FTSE250 and FTSE All Share Indices from the close of business on Friday June 17.

The company will retain its secondary listing on the Dublin Stock Exchange.

"We expect our inclusion in the FTSE AllShare to provide an incremental benefit to our shareholders," the company's chief executive Tony Smurfitt said.

"Over time, our new dual listing arrangement should widen the base of investors eligible to invest in the group while further strengthening the liquidity in our shares," he added.
