In this new role, Emily will be an ambassador for driving Sustana Group's sustainable products, strategy, and circular economy initiatives across Sustana Fiber and Rolland, advancing the group's leadership in providing sustainable recycled products to the paper industry.

This leadership position reflects Sustana's continued commitment to drive sustainability within the paper and packaging sector. Emily's strategic vision, using systemic-based strategies and the capability to provide solutions for corporate sustainability goals, regenerative initiatives, and circular economy, will bring together Sustana's key offerings of sustainable recycled closed-loop solutions for consumers and brands.

"As leaders in environmental stewardship and sustainability, brands, convertors, printers, distributors, and paper mills look to us to be a key supplier in the supply chain and by appointing a Director and Sustainability Ambassador is another strong step in our continuing progress," said Philip Rundle, Chief Commercial Officer Sustana. "Emily is extremely qualified to lead strategy and drive sustainability efforts that create value for stakeholders and advance contributions for climate change impacts and circular economy."

Emily will lead the company's sustainability strategy for Rolland papers in Quebec, Canada, as well as Sustana Fiber recycled fiber operations in Levis, Quebec and De Pere, Wisconsin. Sustana Group has full control over the fiber production, recycled papermaking, and converting processes and Emily's role will build upon Sustana Group's Sustainability Strategy and be an ambassador for recycled printing and writing papers and food service packaging.
