Södra Cell Mörrum to take delivery of two fiberline analyzers in 2026

Södra Cell Mörrum in Sweden will take delivery of two fiberline measurement units, one for each fiberline, to expand its online measurement capability and improve process stability and pulp-quality control, Valmet, which is supplying the systems, said.

The delivery is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.

The mill plans to use the analyzers' real-time measurements to stabilize key fiberline process variables and operate within specified product quality parameters.

The delivery continues the site's use of kappa analyzer technology and will move the mill to a fourth-generation version of that technology, which was first installed at the site in 1994.

Valmet said the order was included in its orders received for the fourth quarter of 2025 and did not disclose the order value.
